On behalf of the 2024 AF Ball Fundraising Committee, located at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, I would like to personally invite your support for our upcoming event celebrating the 77th Annual Air Force Ball.

The Air Force Ball is an annual gala commemorating the Air Force birthday and reflects on the service’s proud history. This time-honored tradition pays homage to the Air Force legacy and offers servicemembers, families, and guests a meaningful opportunity to share in the pride and camaraderie of Air Force heritage.

The Fundraising Committee is a registered charitable organization that proudly supports the service members and affiliated community both at Joint Base Andrews and the greater National Capital Region. In September 2024 we will host a formal gala celebrating the 77th Anniversary of the United States Air Force. Our fundraising campaign depends heavily on the generosity of donors like you to ensure the event is a resounding success.

Your donation is tax-deductible, and 100% of your donation will directly fund the event. Some examples of donations include:

• Financial contribution
• Soliciting donations for our fundraising campaign within your business
• Hosting a Military Appreciation Day which donates a percentage of sales at your business during a designated time to the Fundraising Committee
• Time in which committee volunteers work at your business for payment

As a token of our appreciation, you will receive community exposure, advertising, and public recognition to members of our organization and those in attendance at the Ball.
